HOW TO RESERVE A CAR ONLINE

INSTRUCTIONS

Finance:

  1. Please complete the Finance application online and submit online or print/complete and scan back to vonene@atterburymotors.co.za .
  2. You will receive provisional feedback on your application result per mail/telephone, with 24 working hours. We submit to all the Banks.
  3. Complete the Reservation Document (As you know the current Reservation Document state that you have done all your checks already, however in the current circumstances this is not possible, meaning that your whole deposit will be refunded upon inspection or an item swop, will be done, as per your choice at the time.
  4. Pay the reservation fee as per Reservation Document, see Banking detail confirmation letters attached for your info. Once the lock down has been uplifted, you can view and test drive the vehicle and pay in the balance. Should you be buying at a distance, we undertake to send you the Dekra inspection, prior to delivering the vehicle to your province via courier company. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Should you not be satisfied, for any reason, we undertake to do a vehicle swop/replacement of the same model.
  5. Please send proof of payment and signed reservation to vonene@atterburymotors.co.za. You will then receive confirmation of reservation,and a dedicated sales executive.
  6. Your dedicated F&I will be in contact and you will sign your bank contract at the earliest opportunity.
  7. After the National Lock down – you can expect a slight delay in processing vehicles and we ask customers, to please give us up to a week to deliver their vehicle to your home, if needed. Please note – our offices, staff and vehicles are thoroughly disinfected, numerous times a day and before and after a Demo, Test- drive, Delivery. You are in safe hands – our staff will supply you with a mask, be masked and assist in sanitizing on your premises. Should you prefer a NO CONTACT delivery – this can also be arranged.
  8. Now you have not lost your desired vehicle due the lock down, and buying rush from 15 April onwards.
  9. Our staff will be working from home and assist in every way possible, they will be available on the phone, email and will process your application as normal. This is the best time to buy a car, you now have time to browse and realize what a great (and save option) Atterbury Motors have always been.

 

Cash Buying:

  1. Please complete the Online Vehicle Enquiry on the Showroom Page next to the vehicle or the Contact Me form on the Contact Us page and submit. You can also mail our Dealer Principle: vonene@atterburymotors.co.za.Which will ensure you will be assigned a dedicated sales executive.
  2. You can now reserve a vehicle by paying in a reservation fee and completing the Reservation Document. (See banking details Confirmation Letters – (ABSA)(FNB))
  3. Once the lock down has been uplifted, you can view and test drive the vehicle and pay in the balance.
